McDonald, Howard
Name of a Human male, Starfleet Ensign. Assigned aboard the Reaent-F in 2374. Died during a decompression accident while docked at Starbase 3.

Mills, Susan
Name of a female, Starfleet Commander. Assigned as Commanding Officer of the U.S.S. Forrest in 2381.

Mint
Name of a Poy, Ambassador. Picked up by the Reaent in 2379 to engage in negotiations with an alien race known as the Mji.

N.F.S. Reaent
Starfleet vessel, registration NCC-3345-C. Ambassador Class Enhanced Carrier. In an alternate timeline, third starship to bear the name. Seventh starship of the class launched in 2355 from the Andoria Fleet Shipyards. In 2367, involved in the Installer Campaign near Algeron. Entered a refit cycle in 2366 and captured by forces of the N.F.A. in 2371.

Nebula GX440392
Spacial body also known as "Tarsan's Revenge." Located near the Cait system, holds a purple tint to the naked human eye.

New Federration Alliance
Also known as the N.F.A. In an alternate timeline, a faction that seperated from the United Federation of Planets in 2335. Founding members included Betazed, Bolaris, Cait, Mizar, Nausicaa, New France, Tellar and Trill. In 2382, lost control of the Organia system after the destruction of the New Southland Shipyards. In 2383, General Jack Crusher is Commander of Fleet Operations. In a mutual defense treaty with the Romulan Star Empire (entered into sometime in the 2360s).

New Rigel
Planet name located two days from Starbase 345. The U.S.S. Cairo was scheduled to transport supplies to this location in 2380. An unknown military installation was found on the first moon of the planet, in addition to an Iconian Gate on the surface itself.

O'f'leaf
Name of a project of the Tholian Holdfast. A highly compartmentalized operation developed in the 2360s. Was designed for use against the Borg Collective if required. Causes catostrophic biochemical reactions in the molecular structure of any humanoid life form with genetic engineering based dependencies. Status of the project remains unclear as of 2382.

Olan Nebula
Spacial body located in the Alpha Quadrant. In 2376, twenty sensor bouys deployed to monitor Dominion activty stopped working here.

Omega 8
Starfleet science probe. Launched in 2382, it is capable of extended periods of warp travel before exiting to take long range sensor scans of a region. Mission profile extends thru the conclusion of 2386 when the probe will change course to attempt to reach the Gamma Quadrant side of the Bajoran Wormhole.

Orega V
Name of a planet-colony that featured the death of two thousand civilians in 2379. Fifty survivors were rescued and transferred to Starbase 342.

Outpost 377
Spacestation, Federation facility in operation throughout 2379 located near the Tera Veta system.

Quillian System
Starsystem where subspace distortations were detected by the Reaent-F in 2376.

R'tt'sal'ikta'k's
Name of a Tholian h/ir, Diplomatic Service Representative. Assigned as the Tholian representative to the Hope Project. Died when the Tholian Cruiser 874238 was destroyed enroute to Pacifica.

R.E.S. Talon
Romulan starship, D'deridex Class Battleship. In 2383, under the command of Khre Riov L'haiy t'Rexan when the ship entered the Devolin System.

Richmond
Starfleet vessel, registration NX-07. NX-class starship, first vessel to bear the name. Construction started on April 26, 2158. Project listed as cancelled on January 3, 2160 although the ship launched four days later. Lost on a planet known as Republic, located on the Federation side of the Neutral Zone.

Rhee, Gem
Name of a female, Starfleet Fleet-Admiral. Served as Chief of Starfleet Operations from 2374 thru 2377.

Ronks, Jayeral
Name of a Bolian, Starfleet Fleet-Admiral. Served as Commanding Officer of Starfleet Operations for the area near Tholian space in 2383. Due for retirement following the completion of Deep Space 12.
