  " Mineral water,  10 degrees Centigrade" Flip ordered the replicator " with a twist of Terran lemon".

    As the tall frosted glass shimmered, Flip continued to ponder. The crew evidently was adjusting to the new ship. Sickbay alone was vastly different from the old Republic's. Old Republic's. Somehow that seemed a bit nostalgic. Even considering that he was a junior officer and he spent less time on that ship than most of the senior crew.

    Obviously this ship was much different. Sleeker, embodied with more grace and power. New ship. New mission? Flip suddenly remembered his mentor in surgery ,

" Remember, use the right instument for the procedures you do, thats why they were made for". Flip was pretty sure that the gentle professor was refering to surgical implements when he parted that sound advice, however Flip couldn't ignore the similarities.  

   Nevertheless, he decided that his concern was the wellbeing of the crew, no matter what the mission. He decided that he would let the  Redshirts worry about the  mission. For now.

   He smiled as he took a sip of water.
