[sTSF_Seiben] The year is 2293. Six months after the Khittomer Peace Confrence, the newly commissioned Excelsior Refit Class USS Robert Major is one of Starfleet's newest editions to the Fleet. A sattellite near the Klingon Border has mysteriously malfunctioned and it's up to the crew of the ship to fix it.
