A Way Out

Subject: A Way Out

:::Rocks scanned the planets surface, looking for anything that may help him:::

The scans came out negative, and he thought why the Republic was able to miss I planet like this.  It was small yes, about the size of a large astoroid.  But still a M class planet was a dime a dozen.

:::Rocks sat down and continued his work on a comm unit.  He had already modified his commbadge to break through the interference, but it still didnt have enough power to send a good enough message.:::

The comm unit was made out of scrap Rocks had found from the remains of the shuttle.  He had gathered a sensor array, scrap metal, and pecies of consoles.  Mostly it was junk, but it was junk that could save his life.

His flare had already died out, and he persumed that the atmosphere was to thick to see it through.  He was busy working on the comm unit to care, and he had almost completed it.

All he needed now was a strong enough power source.  He looked around and soon realized his tricorder was the only power strong enough to send a small burst of a message.  He took the tricorder apart and soon had it hooked up to the comm unit.

He programmed a message using morse code, a old code, but one everyone could recognized.  The message was programmed and he sent it out for someone to hear.

Hopefully this would work, but all he could do was wait.  And wait he was good at.
