BACKGROUND:

 

V’Roy served as the Helm officer, later Helm/OPS, of the USS Reaent before being "transferred" to the covert Fighter Weapons Academy on Bolaris. Some time later V’Roy returned to the N. F. S. Reaent air wing.

 

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE:

Mr. V’Roy is in robust physical condition. V’Roy possesses a Vulcan’s superior intellect, but also the brash tongue of a Romulan and blunt directness of a Ferengi. He doesn’t suffer fools, which has gotten him into trouble on more than one occasion. Fortunately his piloting skills are such that the New Federation Alliance can’t afford to run him out of the service.

 

V’Roy has a well-developed sense of humor that borders on irreverance. He has been known to enjoy a spicy Hasperat and a hot plate of live Gagh.
