Assistant Security Officer’s Duty Log

USS Excalibur (13days till 1st meeting with the Surma, Deep within Gamma Quadrant.)

Star date: 0509.11

 

 

After returning to duty I contacted the CSO Lt. Chen to make arrangements for the training of Science Personnel on the Tactical Capabilities of the USS Morning Star.

 

I was instructed to contact any of the members of his department to begin training procedures.

 

I established contact with Ens. Laarell Teykier, and we met on the Main Bridge at the TAC control panel.

 

I began to administer the Testing and Ens. Teykier showed a good knowledge of the ships Tactical systems.

 

The testing was interrupted by a Simulation and upon Red Alert I assumed control of the TAC panel and Ens. Teykier reported to the science station.

 

After the simulation ended Ens. Teykier was promoted to the rank of Lt.Jg .

 

Once the congratulations ended I finished the Tactical training with Lt.. Teykier, who scored Highly on all testing and was certified for Tactical
