::A deck hand walked over to Blu :: "Sir, your shuttle is loaded, and ready for departure in five minutes."

 

::blu nodded to the Lt:: "Thanks, a most efficient and quick job by your crew, tell them all I appreciate their getting me out of here as quickly as possible." ::she turned back to her friend,  "And thanks Rnok, I know that you're here...tell Mnenra I said hello, will you?"

 

"Will do.  Oh, and Captain Taggert said to thank you once again for the supply of fresh oranges, they're his favorite, and he swears they just don't replicate the same as a fresh one tastes."

 

::walking towards the shuttle with him, she re-dons her hat, and steps up into the ship.:: "Well, Rnok, thanks for the lift..but, duty calls you know..."::shrugging::

 

"I know...fair thee well Errrika", waved Rnok as the hatch swung shut.

 

::Blu took her seat once again, powered up the shuttle, and did a final pre-launch check::  "USS Repulse..::almost saying Republic:: This is the shuttle USS San Diego, requesting permission to depart::

 

::a voice responds:: USS San Diego...You are clear for departure...Hope the supplies help out...

 

::Blu took the ship out of the hanger doors:: "Repulse, I'm clear of your doors, enjoy your shoreleave, and thanks again for the lift." ::Blu reached over and hit the controls to take the small ship to warp 6.3.  She should be there in just a little over a day from now..:: "Computer, active autopilot. And relay message to the Republic..letting them know that we should be arriving in a little over a day from now. Computer, awake me in 5 hours of if you detect anything that may interfere with our voyage.

Dim interior lights to 20%.:: with that, Blu reclined the seat slightly, and closed her eyes, attempting to take a quick nap.
