I hit the button opening the door to the barracks on desk 5. I looked over and scanned the relatively small room looking for my bunk. I walked over and plop-ed the standard issue duffel bag onto the bed. I then unstrap-ed the bat'leth from my back (which was the cause of numerous stares on the way down to the barrack) and placed on my segment of wall in between the top and bottom bunks as I had the lower bunk. I placed all my uniform shirts and trousers in each appropriate drawer.

I then exited the barracks and made my way to the Moringstats sickbay. When I arrived Doctor Johnson was already their chatting with the EMH. Doctor Johnson Why may I ask are you talking with a hologram? The EMH turned around. "I am not only a hologram but a short term medical suppliment and an important part of this ships systems and just for your information we were discussing diplarian plague."

Johson piped in. "Yea this hologram is quite smart. quite smart indeed. You could learn a lot from him Chell."

"Whatever, just keep it down I have to make sure our stock is full" I walked over to the closet and checked the medical stocks I made some notes on a padd to order what we need then started to leave. Johnson ran over to me half tripping in the process. "Chell, Can i ask you something." I leaned up against the wall wondering were this was going. "Sure, what is it."

"Do you think Elaine will be alright?" I looked him over and noticed how worried he was."Of course she is alright. She is one of the most capable officers I know."

"Ok well, thanks. I just needed to hear it from somebody."

"Sure thing Johnson"

I exited sickbay but stopped just outside the door and wonderd myself if Elaine was alright. She was a good friend and I would hate to lose her.
