// History

Quv was born on a rainy day in the capital city of Quo'nos. His mother and father were very happy together. Quv's mother was a nurse aboard a Federation outpost on the Federation/Klingon border. His mother and father met aboard the outpost when Quv's father was injured in a Romulan attack upon the IKC n'Kveg.

He and his father had a deep relationship until Quv reached the age of 13 when his father was killed during the attack on the outpost at D'chA III. This had a severe impact on Quv's life and his outlook of the future. His mother, being devastated, moved herself and Quv to Earth. Quv lived in rural Pennsylvania until the age of 19 when he disobeyed his mother's wishes and attended the Warrior Academy at Forkus VI. This experience trained Quv to be in the company of other Klingons and to learn the ways of the warrior. He then returned home to Earth and entered Starfleet Academy, with hopes of defending the galaxy like his father had once.

Quv graduated Starfleet Academy 4th in his class, then was assigned to the USS Lakota as a Security Officer. He was later assigned to the same position on the IKC Qob after the descruction of the Lakota. Upon the loss of his friend and comrade, Lt. Cdr Jim Chladek, Quv was assigned to the bridge as Helm Officer. Later, he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade by his commanding officers.

Less than a year after that, all contact with Quv was lost after an apparent kidnapping on Starbase 341. It was not until two years later, while the IKC Qob was in orbit around Quo'nos, that Quv was reunited with the ship. Quv suffered extensive injuries as the result of several months in a Romulan prison camp. At this time he is expected to make a full recovery and return to his duties.
