Academy Brief for Tuesday, 7-19, 9pm

=/\==/\= Starfleet Academy Briefing For 9PM July 19, 2005=/\==/\=

Last week, the USS Goldstein (refit Galaxy Class) was sent to the Gaius Cluster to investigate a strange void. They found that the void was a cloaked planet. A hole opened in the cloak, the ship was pulled through, and the hole closed behind them, trapping them within. We are effectively cut off from everything outside, no communications with Starfleet, etc. A voice has welcomed us to Gaius One.

 

This week we find ourselves on the planet's surface surrounded by peaceful, inquisitive inhabitants that look very human. They are dressed in clothing similar to that of ancient Greece.

 

Our mission:

1. determine who they are and how they know so much about us;

2. find out why they brought us here;

3. figure out a way to get home.

 

We may or may not end the mission this week. Only time will tell . . .
