to all concerned,after,many,many,many,etc. hours of aggrivation,and numerous

colorful metaphors(kirk&spok stiv) a way to implement and use the new jre2platform

 

at least on win98se/nt,you will have to uninstall the old java(however save!!!) and

reinstall the new download(post uninstall),reinstall the old jre,and go to the new

plug in start icon(located in control panel) and open same,reset cashe to unlimited

and no jar compression,hit apply,browser tab,enable ie,and ns,and moz.,if app.and

hit apply go to settings (java)and confirm new settings,you should receive a message

of new settings have been applied(or something to that effect)to browser settings and

shall be done on next browser launch.......wheeeewwww,hope i did not forget anything
