We Based It On A Film

Heya,

I'm just getting my way through Deep Space Nine for the first time in ages and I just watched the season 2 episode "Profit and Loss". The episode is a carbon copy of Casablanca! Replace Humphrey Bogart's Rick with Quark, the Germans for the Cardassians, the visas with the cloaking device and that Colonel for the Gul. Far from disliking that I found it brilliant.

 

Were there any episodes any of you guys spotted that also seemed extremely similar to a film?

they did that a lot actually, i can't remember whih episodes but i know it happened more than once

well let,s see,,ummm,tos,nomad,at least parts intergrated 3+times,plus numerous more,does not hurt to re-hash some elements of prev.lines,does it? ;)
