The Manticore crew has been reassigned as Base Crew on

Starbase 9 and the ship has been towed away. We are

testing the new Augmented Automation that allows a small

crew to run an entire base. Consul General Jaffe has

scheduled the next meeting of the Federation Council on the

base. The Council member's ships have arrived for the

meeting shortly after their Security Chief, Col. Wendover has

completed upgrades to the station's systems. The crew has

started building the departments of their dreams after finding

the station's immense and seemingly inexhaustable replicators.
