Holodeck self-diagnostic

Date of Incident: 0506.28

 

User: LtSG. Van Roy, Chief Engineer

 

Incident: User was using a new program and witnessed a holocharacter slam against holodeck wall, apparently without cause.

 

Cause: New program was ran without standard debugging.

 

Resolution: Auto-debug of program. Should prevent future occurances.
