Alpha Team still maintained control of the Battle Bridge. Kansas sat at the BB’s security console, her clawed fingers dancing over the multi colored control tabs. The Colonel stood guard nearby. The Bravos were making use of that Turbo lift, manually controlled with a tricorder. Possibly as a diversion, maybe as their method of assault. Either way, the Caitian was attempting to compromise their control of the TLift.

 

She chose to use a **Security Bypass Module (SBM) first. This component was used to bypass any restrictions within computer controlled systems or devices. The modules, while used by Starfleet, were also popular with smugglers and criminals. Kansas’ SBM was her personal property and had a few of her own self modified upgrades. After all, nothing had been stated in the joint game rules about NOT using personal equipment. For good measure, she also used her Starfleet **Security Access Codes (SAC) to run a continual diagnostic on the lift, always showing a maintenance problem, hoping the systems would shut it down or slow the lift down. She was just attempting to muck up the Bravos plan just a bit. At least one Bravo tricorder had been fried due to the SBM. After hacking the tricorder, Kansas had sent an evil looking smiley face across the screen, holding a stopwatch with text flashing “You’ve Been Zapped”.

 

Once she was done with her hacker routine, Kansas instructed Lt. Rico to come to the battle bridge, and Pvt. Parts and Cpl. Punishment continued patrolling the outer corridors. The Alpha’s had laid the ground work for some protection; certain access hatches and JT’s surrounding the BB had been rigged with detonators earlier by Harper and her advance team. The Caitian took up a concealed position in an upper piping/ lighting fixture access hatch overlooking the command chair. Harper, Kansas and Rico began using hand signals to communicate. They could all sense that the Bravos were closing in. The game is afoot and the stakes are high.
