The Excalibur has returned to Camelot station with a survivor from the crash site. As they return to the station, some news awaits them. Not all had gone well in negotions with the Romulans. They have invaded one of the planets in the Gamma Quadrant, and the alliance is severely strained. The other news that greets them is the arrival of their new Executive Officer, Commander Corizon, recently assigned to the Excalibur.
