Despite sounding annoyed on the "World's Oldest Object" thread, I really couldn't be any farther from that. Yesterday afternoon yours truly (that would be me) proposed to my girlfriend of two years...and she accepted. Since some of you know me particularly well, I thought I'd let you know. B)

As for the wedding date, we're looking at March 18th, 2006 in Indiana. I couldn't convince her to do a Star Trek wedding. B) Well...actually I didn't even try to convince her.

No, I wouldn't do that to any of my kids. To be honest, if I had kids right now, I wouldn't allow them to watch Enterprise...so I'm not sure whether or not a Trek series down the road would be a "family option." B)

Yes, she does. In fact, one of the primary considerations of whether or not I was going to proceed with the Agincourt project was her desires. I have always been able to not get too carried away with simming, not make it more important than it ought to be. She recognizes that and therefore, it isn't a problem. I do imagine myself eventually cutting back slightly...just for life's sake.
