The Manticore was sent to discover a plot to violently disrupt a

Wolf 359 memorial and start a war. Having found a cloaked

Romulan Cruiser loaded with explosives and dead Romulans

held in stasis, being towed by the USS Hawk, we followed it

from the ceremony. It had a deadly rendezvous with it's boss,

a Sovereign dreadnaught called the Liberator, commanded by

Commodore Lenscher. Quantum torpedos at close range

destroyed the Hawk and revealed us to the enemy. We ran,

but were tracked to a hiding place many sectors away. We

then tracked the Liberator due to the Romulan Cruiser in it's

cargo hold. We have now found a plot of using a freighter to

destroy Starbase One just as a secret Federation Council

meeting is about to begin. We hold our position as we decide

the best way to destroy the freighter AND the Liberator.
