Personal Log – “General Duties”

The Agincourt is currently docked at Starbase 234 to pick up supplies and a Marine detachment. I couldn’t help thinking, “Wonderful, more Tribble Guards”. It is probably a good idea to keep this attitude regarding the Marines in check. We ARE all part of the same team. I need to remember this. Or at least try too.

 

Chief Robair sent me to inventory the armory ( Oh…Joy - sure, send the Midshipman <_< ) in preparation for the incoming equipment. This completed, I headed back to the main security office to monitor the transfer of personnel and supplies, as well as to check over reports logged during the past week. While reviewing the reports, I come across a small discrepancy. The upper shuttle bay on deck 6 was apparently never checked out during the last security sweep three days ago. I asked for, and received permission from Chief Robair to do a sweep of the shuttle bay.

 

While preparing to leave the bay after my sweep, I overheard the captain make an announcement on ships comm for all Department heads to attend a meeting in the Ready Room. Davies voice sounded….concerned? terse? I was curious, other wise known as being “Security Nosey”, and contacted JP at Tactical up on the bridge to see if he could shed any light on the situation. He was not sure either what was transpiring, so I guess it is now a waiting game.

 

Even though, I have no idea what it IS I am waiting for.
