I stick to the movies and that Anakin's Mom got pregenant from the Force (I can't help but chuckle over this, you soooo know that Lucas did that one on purpose...)

I could blab on about this, but I don't want to kick up any dust and get in trouble. :)

::whistles quitely:: ;)

I just saw this trailer in the theatre and I must say this movie looks sweeet...Im definately seeing it the first week it comes out.

Dooku is Anikans father?

Vader: "Luke...I am your father..." "Nooooo!"

Emperor: "Luke...I am your GRAND father" "Noooo!"

Okay, I hijacked this topic since it is a Warsies thread. ;)

"Star Wars Republic Commando" is a PC game, released March 1, and is being billed as the filler in btw Episode 2 and Episode 3.

I recommend it. Good, solid, tactical first person shooter for anyone who likes shooters. The tactical interface was really easy to pick up (this coming from someone who doesn't deal well with too many choices lol.) and the action kept me hopping. Graphics are simple, yet totally Wow!.

My only complaint is that the game is too dang short. <_<

Good stuff, check it out if u want to.

Sadly, I was a bad Star Wars fan. This Tuesday we recieved in the Trade paperback of Star Wars: Episode III, even though it's not due out for sale until April 2nd. But to put it in a nutshell... I pretty much ruined the movie for myself.

The story seemed solid, and I did like the darker tones, but it wasn't all that thrilling. It does answer a lot of questions that Star Wars fans have raised over the years. So yes, I'll still go see it in the movie, cause its one thing to read it in Graphic Novel form, then see it in the theaters. The music and graphics will make it all the more interesting. <_<

I remember when the soundtrack to The Phantom Menace went on sale about a week before the movie was released. On the soundtrack was a piece called "Qui-Gon's Death" or something like that.

Sheesh, Lucas, plan things a little better!

Anyone want to see clips from Star Wars Episode 3? Well I have found some clips from the Star Wars Scene It Game, and it includes some episode 3 clips.

Though because this material is probably strictly copyrighted, I won't post it. But Pm me if you want to see some of the clips. <_<

:P Darnit John, now you ruined it for everyone. I hate when people give away the ending of the movies. "Anakin turns to the Dark Side and becomes Darth Vader". Now, how will I enjoy the movie huh? ::wanders away muttering to himself, stops and picks up a penny:: Ohhhhhh, a penny. ::mutters some more and wanders away::

Word of Advice, don't look at the last few pages of any game guidebook involving EP III (especially the LEGO game because not only does it ruin the movie, it ruins the secret bonus level)(but, if you are buying the guidebook, you probobly don't care much about spoilers) or read the backs (and look at the fronts) of the trading cards. (I'm still mad at card #89 and the checklist) (but if you flip through the packs really fast, and just look at the numbers, it is possible to create a set of the cards, along with finding the sketch cards, foil etched puzzle stuff, and the thingies that when you turn the card the picture changes)

Oh, and I read that Republic will continue with stories that take place shortly after EP III. Also, Jude Watson has released an Obi-Wan story that takes place awhile after EP III (along with another long time spanning epic that involves alot of masters and padawans). And, there may be a game (possibly similar to Galactic Battlegrounds) that will showcase the formation of the Alliance. And, the rumors about Star Wars EP VII - The O.C., continue to float around the internet. And there is a picture floating around the internet of an ad for a "Spud Trooper" to come out in November 05. Also, a comic book store worker has mentioned the possiblity of "Luke Spudwalker," but that should stay a rumor until a further date.

I suspect this is a publicity stunt done by Live 105, a local radio station out here. They claim to be reporting on someone called "surfer spud" who is in line to see Episode III *already!*

Apparently this person has a full-time job too.

B) How dare they make money off of my good name. :P (although technically I stole it from Lucas's franchise)

The Spud Trooper and Luke Spudwalker are actually rumored to be the next two Mr. Potato Head toys in the Star Wars line. I made a post about the Darth Tater toy around Feb/March, but it went off topic and was deleated.
