neither. pop is something .. er.. nevermind. it'd a bad southern term. and soda is something you bake with. so the real answer is "coke". even if it's not coca-cola, a soft drink is always "coke".

Actually, before it was an 18th Century sailing vessel, it was (and still is) an island in the Carribean that contains two countries, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
