A word on flat screens in general: They are healthier for your eyes. They don't refresh as often as "standard" screens so your eyes don't need to refocus as often. The rate of refresh more closely matches your eye's natural focus rate. If you get headaches from a lot of computer work using a "standard" screen, that is why.
