Yeah, same here. I enjoyed them too before they moved to 11. But they were fun whenever I could make it.

its our own GM team who have the most fun together! Grom and Laura...

GromVik and Laura, your cover is blown! :o

I kind of like that Marine uniform design that Dumbass posted.

Another question ( "aww jeez......there she goes again):

The Prometheus design - can it separate into 3 ships that are capable of defending themselves? Or am I thinking of another ship?

Yes, that's the Prometheus. It is called "multi-vector assault mode". Each part of the ship separates into three independent parts, all will full starship capabilities, including weapons and warp drive.

I don't want to be picky, but what about the Titan class? The Titan class is the type that Riker is going to command after Nem. There are also some books about it in the works. The problem with that is that there is no ship design yet; the fans will have to create the ship for Paramount

Well there were gonna be scenes with riker and troi aboard the ship so there might be several designs they made.

Well, depending on what we see in Enterprise's finale, we might see what class it is then.

The dark green turtleneck denotes the security division for that era.

Hey there,

Just to clarify something here, the U.S.S. Titan (post Star Trek: Nemesis) was never designated to my knowledge. By that I mean, we have no idea what class of ship it is.

As to the GMs of the Agincourt, since I've had the pleasure of knowing the CO of this ship since he came out of the Academy...I am positive it will be an outstanding ship with some interesting and entertaining storylines.

Laura was the first one to kill me in an academy. Which was fun, but I was young, innocent and didn't really know what was going on.....so.....eh....whatever. They're cool.

Yes, please let's not get nasty or personal on the Boards, okay? A good rule of thumb is to think about what you've written before you click "Add Reply" and ask yourself if it will hurt someone's feelings. If so, change the message or throw it away.

Thanks.

Actually, some non-STSF sims use green as the Marine color similar to how red is command, mustard yellow is operations, and blue is science. But to me this would indicate that Marines are simply another job classification within the Starfleet main force rather than an independent branch with it's own command structure and traditions. If this were true we would be seeing a lot more green uniforms on TV.

Hmm... could have sworn it was a funny-looking ship codename for the X-303...

I've never been into the seperation thing that much. I like the ship to be one solid piece. I always thought the splitting up the ship thing was a bit cheap. Aha! You thought we had one ship! We have Three! Know what I mean?

I just realised something. The EMH on the Promethius class is played by Andy Dick!

Greetings Agincourt!-

I had a few topics/questions for the command staff:

1. Is it possible we may see an EMH in sickbay on this vessel? I seem to recall the

prototype vessel on Voyager having a fairly sophisticated one.

2. How will the command structure work when Agincourt is in Multi Vector Assault Mode? We know it can all done by computer; but are there plans to have each element commanded by a senior officer?

3. Will Agincourt be able to land? ( I was curious about this...I dont believe we have a vessel in STSF with this ability yet) The Master Ship Systems Display of Prometheus had landing gear, but given Agincourt is the ninth in her class I was curious if this feature may of been abandoned.

Thanks

STSF Precip,

Thank you for your comments!

1. While there will be a sophisticated EMH (Mark VI as of 2397) on board the USS Agincourt, the EMH will function according to its original purpose, as the Emergency Medical Hologram. The EMH will be an NPC.

2. The command structute for the USS Agincourt in MV is as followed. CO- Primary Section; XO- Secondary Section; 2SO- Tertiary Section.

3. The Agincourt will indeed have the ability to land, however, only in exigent circumstances. Furthermore, each section of the Agincourt while in MV mode will have the ability to land. The landing feature should only be considered a last resort for the ship.

Hope this helps,

Captain Davies

I have one now. Though, like Nem, mostly for curiousity. What if somebody wanted to play the part of the EMH? Would they be allowed to do so, and would they be given ECH (Emergency Command Hologram) abilities?

Given the time frame, I believe that the uniforms of this era would be like those seen in Endgame and All Good Things.

Andy Dick? Sophisticated? Bah!

And as Generations pointed out, even a Galaxy class ship can land once.
