Valentines Day

So what do you have planned for your special someone this V-Day? Or, if you're single, what do you plan on doing?

 

I've always been fairly extravagant on V-Day, but this year its a no-work event. A dinner at a classy restaurant is about all the evening is going to be, plus the usual (and downright expected) flowers and chocolates.

 

However during dinner I plan to surprise her with her gift, or rather a surprise....that I've secretly planned a week long honeymoon in Hawaii in June. I suppose I should get a stuffed teddy bear, too just to seal the deal.

I'm single, and I'm stick in the mud who doesn't like going out. But it doesn't matter, I have classes monday, and a three hour rehearsal afterward, how romantic. However there is that cute oboe player...hmmm.

Hmmm, well Angie5 and I were going to be together for Valentines day but travel plans got messed up. So, we're postponing our Valentines celebration's until she fly's down here the second week of March. Tomorrow though we'll probably just hang out online and talk on the phone all day. :D Happy Valentine's Day to all. :P

Hate Valentines day...Sorry but I do! It's complete rubbish and its like a big slap in the face to the single. Even when I'm in a relationship like now I choose to ignore it. :P

I already celebrated it with my girlfriend this Friday. After giving her flowers, we went out for a nice dinner. It was a very nice evening overall. I like Valentine's day...it gives me a reason to spoil my girlfriend more than I already do. It also drains my wallet. ::grin::
