Since we're on the eve of Abe Lincoln's birthday here's something i found.

 

Lincoln/Kennedy Similarities

- Abraham Lincoln was elected to Congress in 1846.

- John F. Kennedy was elected to Congress in 1946.

 

- Abraham Lincoln was elected President in 1860.

- John F. Kennedy was elected President in 1960.

 

- The names Lincoln and Kennedy each contain seven letters.

 

- Both were particularly concerned with civil rights.

 

- Both their wives lost their children while living in the

White House.

 

- Both Presidents were shot on a Friday.

 

- Both were shot in the head.

 

- Both were shot in the presence of their wives.

Now thats what I call the Twilight Zone meets American Political History.

 

If all those facts are on record as true, then it's pretty hard to deny them.

 

Very tripped out, but I'm sure everyone has heard that history will repeat itself.

Well...there's a new book on Lincoln that says that this is true, however, the author is getting blasted out on the web for blatant intellectual dishonesty, I would put little stock in the rumor.

 

Kennedy...well it's well-documented that he was in a lot of pain and needed pretty heavy medication. Was it from his back? I can't remember all the details.

yeah, it was something like his back collapsed when he was in his 30s.

 

(it was on my English midterm, so that's why I can remember it :lol: )(although I did do pretty bad on it)

 

but seriously, these links are easy to do. I know someone who was on late night shows because she said that she was related to the number 13.

 

also, it seems that political leaders aren't very hard to link with. (espacially when you relate them to the characters on Animal Farm)

I honestly don't know why people buy into this stuff. All that really concerns me is that they were both capped in the head, and then they died.

 

Why does every one have to bring stuff like this up. Why not bring up the every 20 years conspriacy too. These kinds of things are only a basis to place answers until they no longer work. Like the whole foot ball election thing a couple months back.

Well one flaw in that logic, it's highly unlikely that Oswald did kill Kennedy, I'm not one for conspiracy theories but I highly doubt Oswald commited the crime.

Yep, his quick arrest and pre-trial murder were all a bit hasty. And the fact that the guy who killed him also died soon after.
