Security officers log, Stardate 0502.02

 

We still slowly trail the ancient Federation ship. There was a major discussion between Bch and Kwalus about what we should do with the Hood. Bch suggested destroying it. The Klingon weapons officer armed his weapons and demanded the glory of the kill. Bch and Kwalus both told him to stand down. He would not, kept repeating that he wanted the kill for the glory of the Empire and his Hod. He looked like he would seriously hit the fire controls. The new assistant science officer, another Klingon promtly walked over and stabbed him in the head. Bch reprimanded him on the spot and Lt. Random sent him down to the science labs to cool off. The unfortunate weapons officer was taken down to sickbay. I was ordered to investigate the stabbing, first going to sickbay and interviewing the science officer. I tried to get the weapons officers statement, but that will have to wait. I then went to security and checked the monitors for the MeH. I finished my investigation and turned in my report to Chief Messner. It looks pretty open and shut. The weapons officer was out of control and the other Lagh took it into his own hands to stop him. It is up to Messner and Bch to decide from here. When I returned to the MeH there was a big discussion about what we should do next. How were we going to get over to the Hood to repair their engines and return everyone back to normal space. I suggested anestazine gas to knock out the crew. Bch decided to do that and send a crew dressed in old style Federation uniforms to do the repairs. I can't wait to see the security office. ::grin:: More later.
