Ya know... Don't forget to give your hosts *positive* feedback when they're doing something you like. It is just as valuable (and sometimes moreso) than negative.

 

"I hate Huff's plots" isn't nearly as helpful as, "I love time travel plots! Do more!" Or perhaps, "I love eating donuts for three sims in a row. Wow, you're brilliant."

 

Or a little bit of both... "You know, I'm tired of eating donuts every Tuesday night. How about like shooting at the Klingons? I liked when we met that weird alien race and we got to beat the crap out of them... I got to blow stuff up."

Here goes:

 

I'm liking the mystery of the current Hood plot - where are we? whats going on with that other ship? whats up with the vortex's?

 

I would love to see a Hood away team explore a planet.

 

When was the last time the Hood crew had a good bar fight a la Mr Scott's "Trouble with Tribbles"? Throwing aliens across the bar! Woo! :D :)

 

Ship firefights? Time travel? Beating the crud out of aliens? All sounds good.

Seriously though, I think it doesn't get said enough that the dedication and loyalty that our GMs show to a game is just downright incredible. Really without the GMs we would have no sims...I always believe the players are what makes a sim, but the GM is truly the glue that holds it together. Its the one thing you can depend on to be there after everyone else has come and gone and come again.

lol, seriously, I wasn't fishing for love so much as saying that when people tell me what they like as well as don't like, it's helpful. If you tell me you *like* plots with sentient glow-in-the-dark cockroach first contact, then I know I should keep writing plots during caffeine hallucinations.
