---BIOGRAPHY---

Born in Riverside, Iowa with his twin brother and adopted Klingon brother, they heard continual stories from Starfleet officers who stopped by to see their famous town.

Naturally, they fascinated them and of the glorious adventures they had all experienced.  Garnoopy, however; loved caring for the people and animals around him and knew from a young age that a mix of medicine and Starfleet was the destiny for him.

Garnoopy excelled in science and medical courses, however he struggled with courses in engineering and security.  During holosimulations involving security breaches involving hostile intruders or engineering emergencies, it was noted that Garnoopy had the tendency to panic.  To completely lose the ability to think logically.  On two separate holosimulations, Garnoopy panicked and killed the entire away team.  It was noted in his permanent record that Garnoopy was not security or engineering material, and should not be assigned to those sections until his skills could improve.

Upon graduation from the Academy, Garnoopy was accepted into Johns Hopkins School of Medicine to continue his academics.  In his final year, Garnoopy and three of his classmates were accepted into a Fellowship under the direction of Dr. Hérmés Zenk.  Garnoopy was ecstatic at the opportunity to get some hands on research under his belt, and happily immersed himself into his small area of research Dr. Zenk had assigned to him.  What was not known to the four young physicians was that Dr. Zenk was using them to conduct research that in the end would result in illegal tampering of the Terran genetic code.  Dr. Zenk was attempting to enhance Terran DNA with select Klingon DNA so that the specimen would retain all it's Terran features, but have the ferocity and strength of a Klingon.

With their Fellowship with Dr. Zenk coming to an end, it was the four students would be perfect test subjects and while sleeping Dr. Zenk injected them with the serum, and waited for the outcome. Over the process of a few days, all four physicians reacted in a predictable manner.  Terran muscle strength increased rapidly without any outward change to their physique. However; what Dr. Zenk did not predict was a psychological change. Garnoopy’s brain chemistry had been altered so that panic seemed to elude him, and he no longer completely lost control in a situation.

Dr. Zenk noted the increase in muscle strength of the four students, and injected himself, hoping to become what he had always wanted. Since he had not had time to study the brain chemistry alterations, Dr. Zenk had failed to realize what the serum would do to himself, which caused him to loose all self-control, and react on every impulse that came to him. It was only an hour after Dr. Zenk had injected himself that he jumped off the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, research building, dieing instantly on impact.

The four students worked for hours after word of Dr. Zenk’s death reached them, and eventually found his personal logs, which detailed the experiments and the use of the students as test subjects. Garnoopy and the other students realized that they had worked to create a serum that was illegal, and that if it came out they had done so, they would have to forgo a life in Starfleet and medicine. They collectively destroyed the evidence of the work they had completed, and the serum, and made the decision to never mention to anyone what had happened, hoping to maintain the possibility of a future life, though realizing with the changes that had been made to them that might be hard to do.

Finishing the year out, Garnoopy graduated and become a Doctor of medicine, completed a two year residency at Starfleet Head Quarters in San Francisco, leaving to accept an assignment from Starfleet on the I.K.C. Qob-Lakota as a General Practitioner, and then combined easily when the ship was once again lost in the quadrant. . Garnoopy never protested the permanent marks on his record, which restrained him from security and engineering assignments despite his newfound strength and abilities.

Well if none of you told anyone, and you destroyed the evidence, how did this end up in your file?
