Starship Class

The Bozeman was also caught in casualty loop with the Enterprise-D at one point.

Originally, the Bozeman was a Miranda class ship. It was refitted when it came forward through time and rechristened as a Soyuz class ship. :P

WRONG! The Bozeman was a completely new design, even the totally non-Canonical Jackill's Ships of the Fleet Vol. I has the Soyuz class. And Vol. I deals primarily with the Movie-era starships.

And it was stated in the Encyclopedia that it was supposted to be a new ship design, built off a Miranda hull.

As for my favorite ships: Constitution-class, both original and refit; Miranda-class, Sovereign, and Antietam (my own fanon ship)

My #1 favorite is without a doubt the Prometheus. Additionals would be the Sovereign, Akira and Intrepid. I don't really dislike any ships, but my least favorites are the Oberth, Constellation, Miranda, and, dare I say, Nebula.

The reason it looks so much like the Miranda is because the prop the producers used for the Bozeman is the same prop they used for the Reliant. They just added some equipment to the original Reliant model to make it look more futureistic.

Now here is some more Bozeman-Reliant trivia: Kelsey Gramar, the person who played the Bozeman Captain, played a regular on Cheers the same time Kristi Alley did. Kristi Alley played Lt. Saavik in TWOK.

You have no right to tell me I'm wrong. Read Ship of the Line.

Just as you have no right to contradict me. Ship of the Line is a noncanonical source.

However, just to play Devil's Advocate, there is, in Memory Alpha.org, a reference to a second USS Bozeman. USS Bozeman- Memory Alpha Entry It is entirely possible that you have confused the two Bozemans (Bozemen?).
