This is a level three supremacy transmission.

 

We have successfully arrived at 034 x 077 x 133 and secured the area per Emergency Fleet Reployment Order YURLBRE of 11293 09 Rebmeced.

 

Despite earlier claims by some intelligence factions, we have not been able to locate any Terran fleet in the system. However, the Challenger, Terran identification code NX-05, has been found in orbit above EI/23. Though they were seeking to land a small spacecraft of some sort, this action was averted by non-lethal measures and no evidence suggest they have visited the surface.

 

Initial scans indiciate the pinkskin vessel is having major technical difficulties, a possible reason for the attempted landing. Such does not really matter given BAS QP0's present operational status, however it is worth note none the less. The exact nature of this damage is unknown, causing me concern as to it's origin. If the Terrans were involved in a skirmish with a third party near this area, decisions must be made and soon. To that end, I have placed all five platoons of the First Guard at my disposal on standby.

 

I remain uncertain as to the motivies of the Terran commanding officer. Recent relations with their government have improved, so I am hesitant to immediately persume esponiage. However, this people's erratic behavior makes such still a possiblity. Since no immediate threat can be located, I am proceeding patiently.

 

I will inform you once I have a proper determination. It would indeed be a shame to have relations with a species, who have recently shown they are not puppets of the Vulcan High Command, be destroyed by their own arrogance and my forced hand.
