History:

 

Born on Earth a few years before the battle of wolf 359 with the Borg. When he was very young he moved to USS Huron with his father. On board The Huron, his father was assigned to battle the Borg at Wolf 359. Cougar stayed aboard. The Huron was badly damaged in the battle, their captain ordered to abandon ship. Unfortunately Cougar's father died when attacking the Borg. Cougar and some other Starfleet officers used the escape pods and managed to survive the battle.

 

Cougar will never forget how the Borg killed his father.

 

Cougar eventually went back to Earth to stay with his widowed mother. Years passed. He dreamed about being a Starfleet officer. When he finished High school at the age of 18, he went to Starfleet academy a few months later. His desired position was to be OPS or an engineer. Cougar finished the academy at the age of 22.

 

He has recently received a posting aboard the USS Excalibur as an assistant engineer. Recently he hs been promoted to Lt.Junior grade.

Since his great adventures on Excalibur, he recently was promoted to the rank of Lt.

Cougar was originally named Matt, Cougar later changed his name because of his appearance. Cougar is a Human-Cougar Hybrid. His father was an evolved form of a Cougar. His father was from an old Earth colony which had many animals including Cougars, they eventually evolved to more intelligent, more humanoid form. Cougar was born with a human body, but a Cougar head. He has the strength of a Cougar, but is still no match for a Klingon. Cougar does have some feline instincts and features. He has small retractable claws that can come out of his hands. Cougar can also purr, it was once notated by some cadets that his purring is cute.
