Biography: Keb is the oldest of three siblings. Her father retired recently as a high-ranking commander in Starfleet, and is now an ambassador. Her mother is a teacher. Both her brother and sister are still in school.

 

Keb was admitted to Starfleet Academy on Stardate 200410.07 with a good academic record and excellent test scores, most dominantly in her verbal skills. She graduated Stardate 200410.13. She maintained courses in artificial intelligence, engineering, and the languages Japanese, Klingon, and ASL.

 

Psychological Profile: Ens. Mizu is highly emotionally charged. Many of her beliefs are illogical, but not far out of range for a human. She is intelligent, as her test scores indicate, though her mind seems disorganized. She shows a high degree of dedication and responsibility. Relations and acquaintances have commented on her determination, honesty, and kindness, as well as her stubbornness and temperamental tendencies.
