Hello bushes.

Engineer's log, September 10, 2154:

As I sit out in these bushes, sick as an Acamarian dog I ponder my situation. Just days ago, I started out this new adventure and already I've almost been blown up, and now I've gotten food poisoning for the second time in so many day's. I think it was that blue and purple strawberry looking thing I munched on when I got back to camp. My thoughts went back to the Acamarian's. Yes, I've seen and met alien's before. I saw images of the Kzindi sent back by the Enterprise. There was a Vulcan adviser in Starfleet by the name of T'leir, and there was the body of an Andorian I saw in a class on exobiology. But, I still can't get over the fact that we're not alone in the universe. It still amazes me that there are other civilization's out there and how similar they are to human's, not like the bug eyed monster's of my 20'th century sci-fi movie disks. The Acamarian girl that was accidentally shot out of the tree didn't look much different than a human girl. Yes there were some facial differences, but she was very much humanoid. I hope we get a chance to meet more race's. I just hope we don't have to shoot them out of tree's to say hello. I'm going to stagger back to camp and see if Dr. Willow has any more of that wonderful tummy medicine she gave me the other day. More later.
