Begin Log:

While traveling to the coordinates to receive the ingredients needed for the vaccination against the virus, we sustained damage when encountering a subspace fracture. Extensive damage to the port nacelle, destroying the bussard collector and overloading two of the warp coils. This being done, it was necessary to deactivate the two corresponding warp coils on the starboard nacelle. With four of the warp coils off-line, we are delayed from arriving at New Bajor as soon as we had hoped. Repairs are underway, hopefully we will be able to repair the warp coils without having the need to dock at a star base.
