Biography:

 

 

 

Born on Ullian Prime Spencer was always told of the visit his Grandfather and Uncle had made to the Federation ship Enterprise-D. During that visit it was discovered that the methods his Uncle was using to mind probe those onboard caused some serious side effects. These stories always intrigued Spencer and he wanted to know more about this Federation. In the family custom he was trained Ullian telepathic research method from ages 14 to 20. Just before he was ready to finish his training, a large dispute broke out on Ullian Prime, regarding the use of their telepathic research. Many people wanted to destroy the method and tradition. Fearing his life, Spencer fled alone on a small craft similar to a Starfleet shuttle.

 

 

 

After traveling for almost 6 months, and just about ready to give up all hope he was found by the Federation transport vessel Destiny. Having read about the only previous encounter with the Ullians the crew was frightened and threw him in the brig. At the Destiny’s next rendezvous they told the crew of a small family operated science craft, the Cascade, about Spencer. The family disliked the way he was being treated and offered to take him off the hands of the crew of the Destiny. They agreed and thus Spencer had found his human family.

 

 

 

After living on board the Cascade for about 5 years, Spencer decided to try to enter Starfleet academy at the age of 26. He passed the exams with flying colors, but those in Starfleet Command were worried what effect a Ullian’s presence might have there. They decided Spencer could enter if he allowed them to genetically modify his appearance to look mostly human. Knowing he would never gain full acceptance into the human community without it, he went ahead with the procedure.

 

 

 

Spencer graduated with a Science Degree from Starfleet academy at the age of 30. He received official commendations for performance in the areas of Astrophysics, Command protocol, and Tactical. During his time at the academy he spent time with a Vulcan professor to help gain control of his telepathic abilities. Before graduation he fully mastered control of these abilities and is now a full telepath with ability to probe memories of other humanoids. After graduation he was assigned to the USS Manticore because of his special abilities and the secretness that surrounded him because of his species. He continues to serve there as an Assistant Science Officer.

 

 

 

Medical History / Psychological Profile:

 

Spencer is in excellent condition, both mentally and physically. His psychology has created some problems for normal Starfleet medical scanners, so he always carries a modified tricorder with him in case of emergency.
