"Anger Management"

....Shortly after dismissal from Lcdredenbraden

 

Computer begin log:

 

I am right now retrieving some PADDs from my quarters I will need upon getting up to speed on our shuttlecrafts' condition for Commander EdenBraden.  As exepected I was reprimanded for my actions in the security office, mainly not paying attention to a senior officer..even when your trying to drive a point home on a wayward Ensign. Nonetheless in retrospect...not listening to the Commander was stupid on my part ...given the Ensign in question  Mr. McFly. But as Commander Braden said herself don't look back and..I must press on...

 

What I can't get out of my mind is Doc Suberance in a coma in sickbay. Exposed to some sort  of weapon at the hands of that S.I. Kurtz  officer from what I gather, although I may never know really what happened down there. Nonetheless...I wanted to get the bastards who did this to one of my first friends on Manticore...and what happens...A mysterious Starship Babylon arrives and relieves us.  Probably another S.I. Vessel  on cleanup duty, cleaning up the mess one of their own had created. A mess as a Tactical Officer I would of rather seen Manticore clean up after how much of our crews blood was on those rogue S.I. hands.

 

::shuffles his  PADDs knocking several on the floor::

 

Am I angry. Yes...Do I want revenge. Yes. Doc Suberance is a valuable member of  our crew..He is part of our team. Our Team..Manticore. And for some higher up to order us to starbase and not finish business...is not right. Well...who am I to argue? The Powers that be feel Manticore wasn't up for the task and sent the USS Babylon in to take care of Kurtz's goons....and lowly officers like me aren't to have a say in these things. Tough luck Mitar.

 

I guess Doc Suberance doesn't have a say either...he may never.  I can picture him calming me down right now..."saying the past is done..now is the present..focus on that." The present has him seriously ill...I can't get out of my head.

 

::relaxes a bit::

 

The good news is a Thesian Doctor has come from the station to help Suberance. I should look on that positive as Doc would suggest. It's all about anger management. He'd chide in. He's right.. I wonder how other members of Team Manticore are at anger management?....
