SUMMERY:

 

Without a doubt in my mind, Ensign Marks is one of the most resourceful officers I have ever come across. Using his extensive training with Interpol, Marks has the knack to defuse many situations while keeping his cool but also doing what is neccisarry. It would be my prominent recommendation for him to serve anywhere within Starfleet.
