Forum user titles

At the risk of sounding like I'm a complete idiot - I've noticed several people have added titles above their avatar in their posts. I looked through the control panel area and could not find a setting for this anywhere. Am I just missing it?

Spg, have you not seen the pinned post about titles, in the Comments board. Just tell Randy on the board and he'll give it to you!
