New entry method into the Chat Rooms

When you choose the "Chat Rooms" link from the Boards, you will be taken to a page where the chat is imbedded in the usual STSF.NET surrounding graphics. If you wish to have the chat "floating" on the page, as it used to be, you should click on the Float button before logging in to the chat room. Thank you.
