Begin Log:

 

It has been discovered that the disorder on board the station has been caused by an alien race attempting to communicate with us. The incompatible technologies lead to the dysfunction on the station, from the malfunctioning systems, to the psychological breakdown of the crew. Those of the crew with empathic abilities are the ones that are most vulnerable to the alien’s technology; this would explain the minor headache I have been experiencing. But since the aliens have left, the discomfort is gone as well. As well as the restoration of the ship’s systems and the no longer present spiritual beings, and the voices. Now that the station is returning to normal I can proceed with my duties.
