Sensor Report

Juhdia readied the conference room for the Command Staff of Admiral Day, Captains J’cin and Sorehl. He placed a PADD by each seat and aligned the PADDs with the seat, he than brought up the display of the Avalon Star System that he worked up.

The Command Staff entered the room and took their seats.

Juhdia faced them, “Hello, I have encountered some Sensor disruptions with the Avalon System. First, the larger planet marked as ‘Oberon’.” Juhdia could see the way the Command Staff looked at him. He raised his brows, “Avalon... Oberon... Titania... Puck.” Then he went back to his report, “This planet consists of a dense ore that complicates Camelot’s Long Range Sensors. In addition the asteroid field marked as ‘Puck’, contains a high level of Theta radiation that as well can disrupt LRS.”

Juhdia magnified the main display to show the asteroid field, “As you can see, I have positioned a series of Sensor Relays on the display that will improve the LRS. As to man-hours and raw materials, we have several Class-H Probes that can be converted to Sensor Relays in under three hours with a crew of eight.”

Juhdia then magnified one of the probes, and then brought up a schematic of the probe, “As you can see, using a Class-H Probe, which carries a Metaphasic Shield, the probes themselves will be able to withstand a direct attack from a Renegade Jem’Hadar vessel. And since we carry a large supply of Class-H Probes, replacing them will not be hassle.”

“Base LRS configuration will not be disrupted. In fact, some primary systems will be improved. Such as, Warp –to-sublight Ion Deceleration detectors, Narrow-beam active Subspace scanners and Warp activity detector/threat analysis preprocessors.” Juhdia was amazed that he got that all out in one breath, even though breathing was not that much of a necessity for his kind.

Juhdia then changed the display to the planet marked ‘Titania’. “Now, while this does not relate the LRS. The planet marked Titania is a contrast to Oberon. Being a lush Class-M planet, I recommend we invest the effort, to make this planet a relaxation destination. If only to keep up the morale of those stationed he on Camelot and in the adjoining Fleet. I myself just spent over forty hours working on the LRS and the time to make this report. I could use some time on terra-ferma.”

Juhdia turned off the display and thanked the Command Staff, for their time. He then left them to evaluate and decide on his findings.

“Well, I think Oberon, Titania and Puck fit nicely. For God’s sake, Willie almost named Oberon, Thanos. God, am I old.” Juhdia made his way to the shuttle bay and made an outlining run of the system, to double check his findings. Even though he had done this earlier, it never hurt to be sure.
