N’Dak sat in his ‘quarters’ of the Coalition ship. He was still a little dizzy from whatever hit him—he wished someone had got the license number of that truck.

 

Dr. Westler had gone to get him some food, maybe this being ‘sick’ wasn’t all bad thing—at least he had room service.

 

Something that the Doctor had asked him perked his interest. “Jealousy”

 

Although the word jealousy it self is a human term, Koshic knew that the concept was universal. On his own planet, war had been for centuries over jealousy. Jealousy over land, women or money. Name your object and it has been fought over before.

 

He had seen that look on Westler’s face before. Ahh, unrequited love.

 

Koshic shifted on the couch. He turned to look at Axaia turning out the window. He sighed and looked back to the others in the room. It looked like Westler wasn’t the only one in love. Hans had that same starry eyed look on his face too; Koshic didn’t need his telepathy to figure that out.

 

He sighed once more. He was tired, but he didn’t like being cooped up like he was—not that he had any choice in the matter. On top of that he still couldn’t get that image of the Romulan out of his head.
