Death of the Shadow Predetor

t’Revhil Rentirr

Director of the Tal’Shiar

SD 0407.15

>Begin<

t’Revhil had always hoped she would one day replace tr’Neer as Director of the Tal’Shiar. She only wished now that it would have been under better circumstances. tr'Neer was a proud Rihan and he had done his bit for the Empire. But he had slipped up, he had inadvertently exposed the Empire, and had made it venurable to war, and that just wouldn't stand. There was only one thing to do now, cut her losses and start over.

She sat in a large room in the Tal’Shair headquarters—the main briefing room. One by one the most senior Agents and Sub-Directors filed into the room. She glanced at each one, studying the reaction of each to her. t’Revhil hadn’t gotten where she was just because she was Destorie N’Dak’s brother. Na' she had gotten there by being smart, by thinking two moves ahead, and by being as ruthless as her oldest brother.

She was seated at the end of a long table. A tall woman, she had a scar running the length of her face on the right side. Her hair was starting to grey as well. Besides tr’Neer and her brother she was most likely among the most feared Rihans in the galaxy.

As the last of group came in, the heavy doors slid shut. She looked around the room, everyone was seated before her now. She couldn’t help but to think of all the plots that the walls surrounding her had heard over the years.

She pursed her lips and then spoke. “Jolan tru, I am au new director.”

The crowd around the table nodded.

“We will skip the usual pleasantries and get to business,” t’Revhil was na io for wasting time. “It seems that our plans for Earth have changed. As of this moment, Operation Shadow Predator never existed. Au will destory all files on this operation and begin planning for our next operation, information on which will be provided at a next briefing tommorow at 0700.”

The room began to buzz, but was quieted by t’Revhil. “There is na discussion on this matter. It has become to high risk. We are beginning the immediate withdraw of all of our operatives with in the Lloann’na. If na io has any questions, au qiuu have work.”

The room looked a little shocked, they had come this far—just to have an entire operation ended? Obviously disappointed, the room was somber. But no one spoke out or up—they new all to well what the price would be to cross t’Revhil.
