One that would give me a bachelor's degree worth more than the paper it's printed on...

...oh wait there are no schools like that :D

Do you mean which school I presently attend? I go to Centennial College now. Not a bad place, kinda crowded though, and all of the hot chicks are all in one programme. :D (Early Childhood Education)

University

I think the question was about a specific university.

My 1st choice was Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California. Lots of parties, a young student body, friendly townspeople, clean city, no rainy season, shorts and T-shirt weather in January, 3 miles from the beach, and the school itself had a high academic reputation, especially the College of Business which had the largest academic computer lab in the whole state (including Silicon Valley schools. For a school surrounded by farmland it was remarkably high-tech.). Admission standards were high for a state school, to the point that some students who got into Stanford and ivy league schools were rejected by Cal Poly. Best of all there wasn't a single ugly female business student there. The Marketing Club had the hottest girls. I joined them even though it had nothing to do with my major because we got invited to the other clubs' parties as well, so I got a good return on investment of $35 annual dues from just my bar tab alone. Expensive for a state school, but US News and World Report in either '94 or '95 ranked it as the best buy in higher education in the western US so even though it was expensive it was also worth the money.

I went there for a year before the quarter system took it's toll on my sanity and had to leave. Bummer. :D

I'm waiting till I make my choice between McGill, Dal, and St. Mary's so I was leaving it open for edit.

Oh, okay.. I get it now. In that case, I chose from a few of my local community colleges. Centennial won out, due to programme availibility, price and lcoation. :D Might also go to either UFT (University of Toronto) or York University afterwards to get a University degree as well after I graduate.

Hmm...well...I applied to 8 Different Schools (yeah that costs a pretty penny BTW :D ) And I got in 7 out of 8 (Vengence will be mine Notre Dame! :D ^_^ ) So I had a lot of choices to make. I got in both large Public schools and small private schools. My Choices were American University (Washington, DC), Dayton, Michigan State University, St. Joe's (Philly, PA.) Univ. of Tennesse-Knoxville, West Virginia Wesleyn and WVU. It came down to a money issue for me. While I had various scholarships and such at the other, I am going to school at WVU for free (thank your PROMISE Scholarship). I am really glad I came to school here. :D

I think its best to make a decision based on whats "right" for you :)

I've attended three. Four years at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, a trial semester at Louisiana Tech in Ruston, then a year at University of Southwest Louisiana in Lafayette. All wonderful school's, but NSUL was the best. If I'd have had my druther's though, I'd have picked Vanderbult University. They have one of the best theatre and brodcasting programs in the US.

Zaphod,
