Victor Brennan: Investigator and Prosecutor

Victor Brennan spent most of his life working in standard law enforcement. He was a Detective Inspector in New Scotland Yard and was known for his no-nonsense style and steadfast determination. He applied for the academy at 35 and after graduating, joined the starfleet equivelant of the military police also recieving training in legal counselling. He became involved in several high level investigations and over the next 20 years became a legend in his field. His task in the challenger project will be to gather evidence on the terrorist attack and to prosecute those involved.
