This is a level eight emergency supremacy transmission.

Section BAX of the Andorian Fleet Tactical Deployment Code states: "Deployment of weapon systems by the Andorian Fleet of a nature confirmed to be that of bulk devastation, otherwise known as weapon system packages within the AZ category, require documented authorization by the present Prime Minister of the Andorian Government and Chief of Military Operations. Notification to the President of the Andoria Central Congregation no less than two days prior to deployment shall also be mandated or be notified immediately following deployment when circumstances demand. These requirements shall remain in tact unless extreme situations present themselves which cannot allow their completion."

 

Verification of the Andoria Military Armament manifest confirms the presence of weapon system package AZZ aboard the Andoria military vessel Tjan, presently under your command. This includes the presence of tactical weapon system AZZ-365 for planetary bombardment, weapon system AZZ-045 for spacial projectile deployment, weapon system AZZ-362 for orbital secondary attack pattern G-556/3 and weapon systems AZZ-104 thru AZZ-233 as stated in the reported manifest of 11293 21 of Yraunaj.

Fleet Admiral Morval, you are hereby requested and required to initiate prefire procedures to facilitate the use of class AZZ weapon systems in a period of no more than six days.

Under the guidelines of operational orders, deployment of fleet within the territorial boundary of the Sol star group has been authorized. Approval for fleet deployment within inner boundary of Sol star group has been authorized.

 

Destroyer Sustainment Group SV/1 has been ordered to meet with your forces. Estimated time until intercept with outer boundary of the Sol star group is approximately five days. This schedule will allow at least one full day to recalculate approach and tactical vectors prior to initiation of phase two.

 

You are hereby authorized to define all targets of Vulcan and Terran origin as hostile. I repeat, all targets of Vulcan and Terran origin are hereby to be classified as hostile. Diplomatic resolution to stated situation is presently calculated to be nonexistent.
