I succeeded in arriving aboard the Aegis, finally, just in time to find that there was a dead body on board.

And that I was expected to examine it.

My stomach clenched as Dr. Images cheerfully drew back the bag, but I ordered myself not to get sick. The body took very little time for the prelim scan, but then there was a lot of guess work. Dr. Images, Dr. Pavillon, and I managed to put together some infermation.

The person who did it was a professional.

The poison did not kill the victim, the knife wound did.

And I'm already considering putting in a transfer.

As I'm recording this, I am just now unpacking my things. They had me chuck my baggage into Dr. Jones' office and sent me straight to work.

Not that I minded.

I just found it...different.

All in all, I think the Aegis willl be an...interesting place to work.

I have observed that there are several new arrivals coming aboard. Sickbay will be busy.
