Travis Kroells

Magnet for Injury

"Magnet for injury"

A production by Travis and Merina.

Travis groaned as he left the bridge, somehow, injured again. How he's things managed to happen, he didn't know. Between Shuttle crashes, dislocated shoulders, and exploding consoles raining down on him, it's a wonder he's still alive!

He half chuckled at that thought, as a funny little picture entered his mind.

"Travis Kroells, Killed by shower of sparks, more news at 8"

He didn't know if he should laugh, or sigh at that. Either way, he'd be spending some more time down in sickbay again, his neck fairly burned, and uniform burnt in those areas.

headed to sickbay themselves. He reached the door, pausing a minute, and finally went in...

While trying to get the other patients settled and preped. Merina noticed that Travis had walked in.

"Gee, Travis how many times must come down here." she said to him.

Travis replied, "I have no idea, Merina."

"Stand right there," said Merina.

Travis replied, "Okay." Merina went and got a tricorder, a dermal regenerator, and a hypo.

She scanned him over and told him, "Well, you got second degree burns, nothing to serious. I'll just patch you up and send you back to bridge."

"Fine by me," replied Travis, who felt reassured.

So, Merina fixed up Travis and sent him on his merry little way.

Travis walked out of sickbay, a little confused. That was easier then it seemed…He turned, and noticed the waves of injured pouring in. Even more confused, he accessed a wall panel, and noticed the damage to the underside of the saucer section. He quickly understood why so many people were coming in, but, couldn’t understand one other thing…

“Torpedo’s aren’t supposed to do that much damage…to low a yield…”

Again it hit him. His eyes bulged as he literally ran to his office, once inside; his took off the uniform top, which had been bugging him with its singed edges since he had finished his trip to sickbay. He redid the undershirt he usually wore, and sat down at his desk, compiling all of the data they had taken; No doubt the Captain would want every thing they had…
