Rear Admiral Meve:

 

I wish to file a formal complaint against the Starfleet personnel aboard the station Sky Harbor Aegis. After a recent visit to hold a meeting with you, I was disgusted by the horrible treatment my staff and I received while present.

 

Outside of proper protocol one would expect for someone speaking for the Prime Minister, my government is deeply offended by what appeared to be unauthorized scans of our shuttle after I had departed it. This came to light after my pilot, Gul Dersek, informed me of an engineering or security individual of the Starfleet Lieutenant rank who was using a palm size scanner without authorization.

 

While I am certain you are equally troubled by these recent developments, I do not see any reason why the incompetence of a mere Lieutenant should hinder our relations. However, I must regret that my first meeting with you and the station's commander occurred under said circumstances.
