NOTICE...

 

The below is an updated list of alterations which will be taking place to regular station operations as a result of the ceremony scheduled for 0406.18 at 2400 hours station time. This schedule is published as a courtesy and stated events may change at any time without notice.

 

Please be advised, for all Starfleet personnel aboard station attire is dress whites. Civilians in attendance are requested to have suitable clothing.

 

* Starting at 2200 hours CMT, the Midway will be closed for commercial traffic. This is to allow for proper security screenings and final preparations for the ceremony tonight.

 

* At 2230 hours CMT, the Midway will be reopened for foot traffic. A hold will be in effect on all inbound traffic, though this is not expected to be a massive inconvenience as most transports have modified their departure schedules to accommodate this restriction. In the event individuals are concerned regarding said changes to flight schedules, please contact the Control Tower no later than 2000 hours CMT today. Past that time, no alternative arrangements will be available.

 

* UPDATED: At 2330 hours CMT, pre-ceremony festivities will begin. All three levels of the Midway will be available for use by those attending, though the area around the platforms setup on the first floor of the Midway should remain clear. Finger food and drinks will be served by Drankum's Bar free of charge, as all items have been prepaid.

 

* At 2355 hours CMT, ceremony will begin.

 

* At 2410 hours CMT, ceremony is scheduled to be complete. Festivities will continue until 2600 hours, at which time commercial traffic lanes will be reopened and crews will begin cleanup.
